Healthy Palate was created from the passion for natural health and wellness that fuels our president, Dr. Abiola Oladoke. What began as an informal assistance for friends and family evolved into a full-fledged company with natural and organic restaurant, healthy and disease prevention cooking classes and seminars, custom herbal supplements, menu plan consultation and creation, personal catering services, medicinal foods and tonics, weight loss and weight management programs, personal training programs for all ages, lifestyle coaching, alternative treatment protocols, and gluten free consultation and products.

We love building personal relationships with those we serve and we are not shy in telling you about our founder's story. In 2002, Healthy Palate’s proprietor's problems started with uterine tumors, chronic anemia, sacral iliac joint dysfunction and precancer endometrial growth. After realizing that her health problems would not be reversed using conventional medicine, she sought out natural/alternative medicine.

She began to study the effectiveness of nutrition and herbs in reversing health problems and after converting to wholly plant-based foods, she is now ailment and disease free. She started sharing her experience with others and encouraged them to give health a chance by following nature's health plan of whole foods and herbs.

Abiola's time is spent helping others, developing programs about her subjects of interest, helping her clients/customers get fit and healthy, creating recipes, teaching and speaking about natural health, and studying natural health and wellness modalities. She is a well-learned woman who holds degrees in Education, Psychology, Human Relations, International Relations and English as well as several certifications in alternative therapies and nutrition. She is a N.E.R.D. because she has a Never Ending Reason to Develop herself. Abiola is a naturalist for health, spiritual, and economic reasons. She is a lifelong student and practitioner of Ayurveda and Harmonious Conscious Living.
